Relating to rules addressing coronavirus disease public health emergency in Oregon workplaces; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Directs Director of Department of Consumer and Business Services to repeal all permanent rules adopted by director in connection with addressing COVID-19 public health emergency in all Oregon workplaces. Sunsets January 2, 2022. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
